Apply, and we read it
Tell us who your audience is and where you'd share GenieGalleries. Every application is reviewed by a person — we're looking for a genuine audience, not a follower count.
You get your link and code
On approval we issue you a referral link and a short code. Both point at GenieGalleries and both identify you.
Share it where your people are
A post, a newsletter, a client hand-off, a conversation. Anyone who arrives through your link is attributed to you.
Earn on bookings that complete
When someone you introduced books and pays for a shoot, the booking is recorded against you and commission follows the programme terms.
How attribution works
Attribution is what decides whether a booking is yours. We record it server-side rather than relying on a browser cookie alone, so it survives a cleared browser and a switch of device after sign-up.
- Attribution window
- 30 days from a visitor's first arrival through your link. A booking they make inside that window is credited to you.
- First touch wins
- If a visitor arrives through more than one affiliate link, the first affiliate who introduced them keeps the credit.
- Commission rate
- GenieGalleries hasn't published a programme rate yet, so we're not going to quote you one. Referrals, sign-ups and bookings are recorded in full from day one, and your rate is confirmed in writing before you start.
- Refunds reverse commission
- If a booking you earned on is refunded, the commission is reversed. Your dashboard shows the reversal rather than silently adjusting a total.

Playing fair
The programme only works if the referrals are real. These are the rules we hold affiliates to, and the reasons a partnership gets ended.
- Referring yourself, or booking through your own link, doesn't earn commission.
- Don't claim to be GenieGalleries, and don't promise prices, dates or outcomes on our behalf.
- No paid search on the GenieGalleries name, no coupon-scraping sites, no unsolicited bulk messaging.
- Commission on a booking that is refunded or cancelled is reversed.
- Attempted fraud ends the partnership and forfeits any unpaid commission.
Affiliate programme questions
Do I need a GenieGalleries account to apply?
No. Read the programme and send your application without one. You'll need an account under the same email before we can approve you, because your affiliate dashboard attaches to it — you can create it while you wait, or when we reach out.
How long does review take?
Applications are read by hand rather than auto-approved, so it isn't instant. You'll get an email either way, and you can check the status any time from this page while you're signed in.
What counts as a qualifying booking?
A booking made by someone attributed to you, which is paid for and completed. Cancelled and refunded bookings don't qualify, and commission already credited against one is reversed.
How do you know a booking came from me?
Your referral link sets an attribution record on our servers when a visitor first arrives. It's recorded against them for the attribution window below, and carries through to any booking they make in that period.
Can I be an affiliate and a customer at the same time?
Yes — that's the point of attaching the affiliate dashboard to your existing account. Your own bookings simply don't earn you commission.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission accumulates in your dashboard. When you have an available balance you request a payout, and our finance team reviews and sends it. Payment methods and thresholds are confirmed with you on approval.
