Think about the length of your event, how many edited images you'd like, and any extras that matter to you, like prints, an album, or a second photographer. Every service lists Basic, Gold and Premium packages side by side so you can compare, and if you're unsure our team is happy to help you choose.
You pay for your package when you book, and your booking is submitted as soon as the payment is confirmed. You'll get a booking number and a confirmation email, and we then match you with a portfolio-reviewed photographer for your service and style.
Yes. Open a bookable photographer's profile and use their booking button to carry your choice into checkout. You can also book through GenieGalleries and let us arrange a match. Sample profiles cannot be booked.
You pay securely online by card at the end of the booking flow. The review step shows your final total first, and your booking is submitted once Stripe confirms the payment.
Yes. Reschedules are handled with our team on a case-by-case basis. Reach out through Support as early as you can and we'll help you find a new date.
All edited images are delivered to a private GG Online Gallery linked to your account, ready to view, download and share. You'll be notified as soon as your gallery is ready.
